Mountfield was formed in 1986 and operates out of our Head Office in Wickford, Essex.

Over the years and thanks to a philosophy based on quality, service and client satisfaction we have continued to develop as a business working across all forms of Construction. This has resulted in years of repeat business together with partnering and framework agreements being negotiated with regular clients.

We offer an experienced and professionally managed client focused approach that has been successfully developed over the years. Site based teams are supported by a head office support service that recognises procurement routes to suit our client’s needs.

The company operates as a Principle Contractor, undertakes Construction Management Roles, providing Fabric Repair & Facilities Management along with Specialist Trade Contracting across a number of Commercial, Technology, Retail and Leisure spaces.

Mountfield has a long and successful history of providing a specialist service in the installation of Data Centres for the IT & Telecom Industry going back over 20 years. In addition we work across the full spectrum of Commercial Construction including:

Mountfield prides itself on its excellent Health and Safety record.

We use an independent external Health & Safety company to provide advice and carry out regular site inspections. Our Site Teams undertake regular refresher training courses and along with Key Management meet to discuss any findings to develop our best practices. We work hard with our Supply Chain on Environmental aspects of the construction process with all waste notes, percentages of recycling given back to the client with project by project targets set.

We believe we have the required Pre Construction Tools, On Site Management Teams and Processes in place that help us deliver your project on time and on budget regardless of size.
