Client: Seabrook Warehousing
Formation of new road ramp on the site following a boundary change. This works included the structural design of a new road way allowing heavy goods vehicles to go from the lower street level to the rear higher wharf side of the site.
Works with the client have continued and we have recently completed another external civil package removing broken ground, uneven areas to create new clear path for vehicles to move around the site.
Following the external works it has allowed the client to improve traffic flow and increase productivity on the site. We have now completed phase three which has seen us extend the internal slab to be one continuous level and install four bespoke designed metal ramps serving new dock levellers and external housings.
We have amended the external cladding and flashing to suit the new external pods along with installation of new Armco barriers internally forming edge protection and externally to de-mark the pods and operate as crash barriers.
