Project Details:
Mountfield won this project in competitive tender for the supply and installation of a new external plant gantry serving a live high secure Data Centre in North West London. Our works included a full scaffold design to create a crash deck and provide safe access for site engineers to keep all plant accessibly. We formed as part of our site setup a fully alarmed and secure access tower into the compound to manage all access to the construction zone.
As part of the project we also carried out liquid roofing works, installation of bird netting and pest controls and amended the access hatch and fire escape routes including raised access flooring. Lifting plans, liaison with the client and their customers for all deliveries and crane operations to bring in the steelwork along with protection of all key services.
Works Included:
We have carried out a number of upgrade to both the client and engineers back of house facilities to a number of Data Centres. These works have included a Site Refresh programme of decorations to core corridors, refurbishment of toilets and upgrade to the break out and tea point locations. We are currently undertaking a rollout of this type of works for a client across their property portfolio.
