Mountfield won a competitive tender process and secured the contract to form a new UPS Room, Battery Room and remedial works to some existing Power Rooms in the basement for a large Bank in Central London. Our contract was under the main contractor who were providing the M&E works under a framework agreement with the client.
We formed a concrete wall to the perimeter of the new room as it is located in an underground car park with Blockwork closing out the wall to underside of the slab. A floor screed and floor paint was supplied to the new Battery and UPS Rooms. Secure Metal Doors installed to all the rooms along with fire rated ceilings across the site.
