After a competitive tender process Mountfield were selected to carry out the construction as Principal Contractor of 2 new Commercial Units in Rainham, East London.

Our works included carrying out a site clear prior to installation of piling and associated drain and groundworks. Steelwork frame and cladding install with security doors and roller shutters. A power floated concrete slab internally along with services and toilet block.

Project carried out over an 11 week period on site.
