An old steel canopy to the rear of a pair of industrial units had started to create cracks to the brickwork and was becoming unstable. Mountfield picked up the works under a Fabric Repair agreement and priced a designed scope of works provided by the clients Structural Engineer once approved by their landlord.
Works Included:
Our works included the safe dismantle and removal of the asbestos sheeting prior to the steelwork being taken down. We then carried out repairs to the brick work and parapet details.
The rear and side elevations where then made good along with some internal decorations and minor repairs to fencing and gates.
